Your order will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation of payment.
Normally, orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If we need to order products because of inventories, or there are any other such circumstances, we will inform you by email.

Please check the delivery time yourself, as it will significantly differ depending on the region of the shipping destination.

With respect to product defects, while we make every effort to ship products safely, in the event of any damage, defacement, and the like due to transportation or other causes, please notify us within seven days from the date of product arrival. We will send new products for replacement.
Shipping charges incurred for the replacement will be borne by us.
Returns Please note that we will not accept any customer returns other than returns for replacement of defective products.
In addition, orders placed cannot be canceled because of international shipments.
No partial return of multiple products after using or opening some of them is acceptable either.
